After registration opens, if you would like to exhibit at the upcoming conference, you MUST send an Exhibitor Registration Form (linked below) with the relevant information in order to reserve your spot as a sponsor. Email correspondence will not save your spot.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS: The Utah Society of Dermatological Medicine & Surgery is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving dermatologists of the state of Utah. The society also utilizes the name "Utah Dermatology Society" for simplicity when addressing its members and exhibitors. While the name "Utah Dermatology Society" is used more frequently, the legal name of the society remains "Utah Society of Dermatological Medicine & Surgery."
