Register for Our Next Conference

Our 2026 Conference Exhibitor Registration is now FULL! Follow the instructions below to stay in-the-know for future conferences.

  • Email Leah at utahdermsociety@gmail.com to be added to our Exhibitor email list - we will send you updates when registration opens and details regarding our upcoming conference.

  • After registration opens, if you would like to exhibit at the upcoming conference, you MUST send an Exhibitor Registration Form (linked below) with the relevant information in order to reserve your spot as a sponsor. Email correspondence will not save your spot.

  • Our exhibitor spots are limited and fill up fast! Please email Leah with an Exhibitor Registration Form as soon as possible after registration opens if you want a specific sponsorship level at the upcoming conference.

All Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze exhibitors will enjoy the following perks...

A single 6ft table at the venue - the best table locations, as decided by UDS officers, will be assigned by level (Platinum to Bronze) and then within each level by order of registration (earliest to latest)

Three 20min dedicated Exhibitor Breaks with snacks in the exhibitor space

 

The opportunity to meet directly with interested providers before, during, and after the meeting in the exhibitor area

 

Acknowledgement of your company in a variety of ways during the meeting

Providers will be encouraged to interact with exhibitors via a Raffle Ticket that must be signed by every exhibitor group before it can be entered into the raffle

Platinum Exhibitors

Meet UDS officers and speakers who able to attend with an invitation to the President's Dinner, held the Thursday evening before the start of the conference

Your company will be mentioned in the UDS Business Meeting

Posters outside the exhibitor space and the conference raffle ticket will include your company's logo larger than the logos of exhibitors of lower levels

​

A 3x4ft poster will specifically recognize your company for being Platinum Exhibitors at the conference

​​

Once your payment is received, you will receive a current list of attendees' names and titles each month leading up to the conference 

​

You may purchase unlimited additional exhibitor badges for $50 apiece

Gold Exhibitors

$6500

​Your company will be mentioned in the UDS Business Meeting

Posters outside the exhibitor space and the conference raffle ticket will include your company's logo larger than the logos of exhibitors of lower levels​

Once your payment is received, you will receive a current list of attendees' names and titles each month leading up to the conference ​

You may purchase up to 3 additional exhibitor badges for $75 apiece

Silver Exhibitors

$4500

Posters outside the exhibitor space and the conference raffle ticket will include your company's logo larger than the logos of exhibitors of lower levels​

You may purchase up to 2 additional exhibitor badges for $75 apiece

Bronze Exhibitors

$2500

Enjoy all of the general perks of being a UDS Exhibitor - two exhibitor badges, 6ft table space, a spot on the conference raffle ticket, and your logo on a poster outside the exhibitor space

Attendee Exhibitors

$750 Per Badge

Attendee Exhibitor Spots are open to MSLs or PharmDs whose company is not otherwise exhibiting at the conference, or to exhibitors interested in networking at the conference without a table space AFTER all of our Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum spots have filled. Up to two Attendee Exhibitor badges may be purchased by the same company.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS: The Utah Society of Dermatological Medicine & Surgery is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving dermatologists of the state of Utah. The society also utilizes the name "Utah Dermatology Society" for simplicity when addressing its members and exhibitors. While the name "Utah Dermatology Society" is used more frequently, the legal name of the society remains "Utah Society of Dermatological Medicine & Surgery."
