After registration opens, if you would like to exhibit at the upcoming conference, you MUST send an Exhibitor Registration Form with the relevant information in order to reserve your spot as a sponsor. Email correspondence will not save your spot. Email Leah if you have not received an Exhibitor Registration Form to complete.

The opportunity to meet directly with interested providers before, during, and after the meeting in the exhibitor area
Invitation to our Friday-evening dinner for exhibitors, officers, speakers, and attendees
Providers will be encouraged to interact with exhibitors via a Raffle Ticket that must be signed by every exhibitor group before it can be entered into the raffle
Early registration for the following year’s conference - you will have two weeks to sign up before registration is open to the general public
Platinum Exhibitors

Two side-by-side 6ft tables in the Exhibitor Area right outside of the education space, placed in the highest traffic areas
A maximum of 6 Exhibitor Badges
Two representatives of the company will be invited to attend the President’s Dinner on Thursday evening before the conference, along with the speakers and UDS officers
After payment has been received, the UDS Attendee list (including the names and titles of providers who have consented to their information being shared) will be sent to your company each month leading up to and after the conference
Mention of your company’s Platinum Exhibitor status in the UDS Business Meeting
A 2x3ft sign in the Exhibitor Area acknowledging Platinum sponsorship with your company’s logo
Mention on our website - when further information on the 2027 conference is available, a 2027 Conference page will be created, and your company will be recognized as a Platinum Exhibitor
Gold Exhibitors

One 6ft Table assigned in the highest-traffic area available after exhibitors of higher levels and earlier registration within the Gold level have been placed
A maximum of 4 Exhibitor Badges
After payment has been received, the UDS Attendee list (including the names and titles of providers who have consented to their information being shared) will be sent to your company each month leading up to and after the conference
Mention of your company’s Platinum Exhibitor status in the UDS Business Meeting
Mention on our website - when further information on the 2027 conference is available, a 2027 Conference page will be created, and your company will be recognized as a Gold Exhibitor
Silver Exhibitors
$4,750
One 6ft Table assigned in the highest-traffic area available after exhibitors of higher levels and earlier registration within the Silver level have been placed
A maximum of 3 Exhibitor Badges
After payment has been received, the UDS Attendee list (including the names and titles of providers who have consented to their information being shared) will be sent to your company one month before the conference as well as after the conference
Bronze Exhibitors
$2,750
One 6ft Table assigned in the highest-traffic area available after exhibitors of higher levels and earlier registration within the Bronze level have been placed
A maximum of 2 Exhibitor Badges
Following the conference, the UDS Attendee list (including the names and titles of providers who have consented to their information being shared) will be sent to your company
Industry Attendee
$750 Per Badge
MSLs, PharmDs, or other industry professionals who are not associated with another exhibitor group but are interested in both the educational and networking components of the UDS conference may register as Exhibitor Attendees. Up to two badges may be purchased by the same company.
One badge per registration - maximum two badges per company
Attend the educational portion of the conference and network as an exhibitor in the exhibitor space - great option for MSLs, PharmDs, or other industry professionals who would like to attend the conference for both educational and networking purposes

The society also utilizes the name "Utah Dermatology Society" for simplicity when addressing its members and exhibitors.
