As a sponsor your company will enjoy the opportunity to meet directly with the physicians before, during and after the meeting. Your company will be allowed to set up displays (right outside the door of the meeting room). We will also acknowledge your company in a variety of ways including: verbal acknowledgement at the beginning of each meeting session, a projector slide in the conference room displaying the company name and logo, as well as on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the pharma rep to be entered into a drawing.

There are four different levels of sponsorship:

Platinum

$8,500

Invitation to the President's Dinner: The representatives from your company will have the opportunity to dine with the speakers as well as the UDS officers, the evening before the conference, Thursday, April 25th, 2024. Location to be determined.
Prime Table Location: Your table will be located where we expect the most foot traffic to encourage attendee interaction.
Top Billing: Your company’s logo will be on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the representative to be entered in a drawing.
Recognition: Your company will receive a special mention in the meeting during the UDS Business Presentation.
Access to Member Registration: You will receive a list of the current members registered that will be updated monthly after payment is received then weekly for the month leading up to the conference.
Brand Promotion: Opportunity to have your company’s logo added to the member name badges.

Gold

$6,500

Table Location: Your table will be located where we expect the most foot traffic after the platinum exhibitor tables are placed.
Company Logo: Your company’s logo will be on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the representative to be entered in a drawing.
Recognition: Your company will receive a special mention in the meeting during the UDS Business Presentation.
Access to Member Registration: You will receive a list of the current members registered that will be updated monthly after payment is received then weekly for the month leading up to the conference.

Silver

$4,500

Table Location: The table will be located where we expect the most foot traffic after the platinum and gold exhibitor tables are placed.
Company Logo: Your company’s logo will be on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the pharmaceutical rep to be entered in a drawing.
Access to Member Registration: You will receive a list of the current members registered that will be updated monthly after payment is received then weekly for the month leading up to the conference.

Bronze

$2,500

Table Location: The table will be located where we expect the most foot traffic once all other exhibitor tables are placed.
Company Logo: Your company’s logo will be on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the pharmaceutical rep to be entered in a drawing.
