As a sponsor your company will enjoy the opportunity to meet directly with the physicians before, during and after the meeting. Your company will be allowed to set up displays (right outside the door of the meeting room). We will also acknowledge your company in a variety of ways including: verbal acknowledgement at the beginning of each meeting session, a projector slide in the conference room displaying the company name and logo, as well as on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the pharma rep to be entered into a drawing.

There are four different levels of sponsorship:

Platinum

$8,000

  • Invitation to the Presidents Dinner- One representative from the company will have the opportunity to dine with the speakers as well as the UDS officers.

  • Table choice- 1st pick of table location relative to the conference room. Each table is 6’ x 3.5’ (tablecloth included).

  • Top billing- Company logo will appear both on marque and in the conference program.

Gold

$6,000

  • Table location- 2nd pick of table location relative to the conference room. Each table is 6’ x 3.5’ (tablecloth included).

  • Company logo will appear on both the marque and in the conference program.

Silver

$4,000

  • Table location- 3rd pick of table location relative to the conference room. Each table is 6’ x 3.5’        (table cloth included).

  • Company logo will appear both on marque and in the conference program.

Bronze

$2,000

  • Table space- Each table is 6’ x 3.5’ (tablecloth not provided).

  • Company logo will appear on both the marque and in the conference program.
