Our 2026 Conference Exhibitor Registration has not yet opened, but follow the instructions below if you are interested in sponsoring the conference in the future

Email Leah at utahdermsociety@gmail.com to be added to our Exhibitor email list - we will send you updates when registration opens and details regarding our upcoming conference.

After registration opens, if you would like to sponsor the upcoming conference, you MUST send an Exhibitor Registration Form (linked below) with the relevant information in order to reserve your spot as a sponsor. Email correspondence will not save your spot.

Our exhibitor spots are limited and fill up fast! Please email Leah with an Exhibitor Registration Form as soon as possible after registration opens if you want a specific sponsorship level at the upcoming conference.

The UDS annual conference has maintained positive relationships with dozens of exhibitors over the course of its 24 years (and counting!).
We strive to create a family-friendly environment where exhibitors and dermatology providers can connect, network, and have meaningful conversations and interactions.
From our close-by location for exhibitors, to snack times in the exhibitor area and a Friday-evening dinner, we hope to welcome you to our Utah dermatology community and provide a beneficial experience for all!

Invitation to the President's Dinner: The representatives from your company will have the opportunity to dine with the speakers as well as the UDS officers the evening before the conference, Thursday, April 25th, 2024. Location to be determined.

Prime Table Location: Your table will be located where we expect the most foot traffic to encourage attendee interaction.

Top Billing: Your company’s logo will be on a raffle ticket each attendee must have signed by the representative to be entered in a drawing.

Recognition: Your company will receive a special mention in the meeting during the UDS Business Presentation.

Access to Member Registration: You will receive a list of the current members registered that will be updated monthly after payment is received then weekly for the month leading up to the conference.
